CALL FOR ENTRIES FROM EMERGING PHOTOGRAPHERS The HARC Foundation is seeking Photograph entries from Emerging American Photographers. The Photographer of the winning entry will receive a 2010 HARC Award of $2,500.00 and a public presentation representing body of work at a special event in 2010, as possible. Please review the HARC Awards Entry Requirements & Specifications and The HARC Awards Official Rules (see links on Grants Program Page under I. The HARC Awards) before entering your photograph in the 2010 HARC Awards Photography competition. All entries must fulfill the stipulated entry requirements and specifications and applications must be made on the HARC Awards Official Application Entry Form available for printing below. To be eligible for award consideration, all entries must be postmarked by June 15, 2010 and received no later than June 25, 2010. Judging will take place in July 2010 and the award will be announced in August 2010. Notification of winning entry and photographer will be available after August 31, 2010 upon request from individuals providing a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
